Which island is considered "The Big Island"?

the big island is the larger of the group of islands.

Take a quick look at a map and you'll notice why.... <BR>all the other Hawaiian isles put together aren't as big as the 'Big Island'.

The Big Island has a nice resort area on the west, a rainforest with lots of waterfalls on the east, and the world's most active volcano. It's about the size of Connecticut. <BR>Oahu is where Honnolulu is.
