I haven't had many problems with Delta, but the few times, I did, there was absolutely no customer service - they just couldn't have cared less.

My son is in the Army and was coming home on leave so he bought a ticket on Delta. His leave was changed due to the Irag war and Delta still charged him a $100 change fee even though he showed them written proof that the military had involuntarily changed his leave. They told him he should have ourchased an unrestricted military rate ticket - which if course was four times the price of the sale fare he had. The customer service representative said he agreed wholeheartedly that Delta was "absolutely wrong" in my son's case but he would be fired if he tried to change the ticket without charging the fee.

I think that all stinks.
