28 days to Maui for 2 weeks! Has anyone flown over on American recently?(unfortunately not first class) If so, how was the roominess? I heard that they took out some seats for more leg room. We are taking a 757. I can't wait to leave! :)

186 days until Maui! We have been to Hawaii twice before and both times I did a countdown for number of sleeps on the calendar. I am relieved to find this string. I thought I was the only nut out there (the only adult one anyway) who did a sleep countdown.

Now only 6 days until Maui.Time sure does go slow when you want it to fly.

Diana I think so you can get details at AA website. The con about the 757's is that they only have one isle so you can't get up, walk around, tell and find Hawaii stories. SO GET YOUR FILL HERE!!! WAAAAAAAAAWHOOOOOOO!!!!

Shawn,<BR><BR>We flew to HI last month on American Airlines and it was very roomy. A lot better than the coach seats on other airlines. I would fly them again just for that reason and considering flying to HI is a pretty long trip for me (12 hrs from NYC), I was glad I flew with AA.

For all of you who are writing waaaahooooooo, during the war, we referred to Oahu as Wahoo. So that brings back good memories (except the fighting of course).
