We went to the Chop House on Friday, and the Rush St. Gibson's on Saturday. We enjoyed both. We liked the Chop House a little more. Gibson's was just SO crowded and noisy, that it was hard to even talk. Also, Gibson's first brought out the wrong cut of steak for my husband, then when they brought out the right steak, it was not cooked correctly. They cheerfully fixed it up both times. But by the time he had his dinner, I was done with mine.
