Yes, in Daley Plaza by the big Christmas tree there's Christkindlmarket (http://www.christkindlmarket.com/about.html)...it's modeled after a traditional German Christmas market -booths selling different things (ornaments, wooden toy, etc & german food & spiced wine).
There's also ice skating in Millennium Park, which is fun to watch even if you're not up for it yourself.
