Another vote for Pepe's in New Haven, CT. That place packs them in for the best pies. A close second is Sally's next door.

We have a new place in Newton, MA called Pizzapalooza. It's devine! You've got to love a pizza joint whose box looks like a book! The do make a pizza with potatoes, recotta cheese and broccoli rabe. Very rich, but really different.
