Me and my family will also be visiting las vegas in June and while surfing I happened to find this site. You might want to check out the board of health ratings on some of these "nice" restaurants. the only hotel that I noticed that had anything closed was NY/NY and it was a bar that closed.
I did not notice restaurants mentioned here being closed or getting terrible grades.
Every restaurant in America gets those grades and a lot worse.
Try going through the list for the restaurant inspections in New York City!! :O
