We saw Wicked in Memphis earlier this month, and I didn't care for it much--my husband liked it a little better. Perhaps part of the problem was that the standby played Elpheda for the first act and the understudy played her in the second act.

Now I can finally come out!! I thought I was the only person on earth who didn't care for "Wicked" at all .I did however love "In the Heights" and "La Cage aux Folles".

Peteralan - gee I WISH I would have known about your (and others) dislike for Wicked BEFORE I paid full price for three tickets !! Oh well.......

I loved La Cage. Thought Wicked was okay. Yes, it all depends...
