What I decided was to book a room at the Marriott "Courtyard Boston Logan Airport". I have some Marriott Points and I was able to book it on points. It has a 24 hour shuttle to the airport to pick up guests, which is a great bonus for me- I won't have to navigate in and out of Logan Airport in the middle of the night! (where I've never been!) I did look at the some of the pricier hotels which also have shuttle service (I figured I might be able to get a good deal on Priceline at this late date). However, they get you on the parking! $32 for 24 hours - at the Courtyard parking is free. Plan to head over this afternoon so I'll be driving in daylight. I'll report back on how all works out. Thanks to everyone for the help!

I would recommend the Marriott Courtyard Boston Logan Airport for anyone needing a place to stay flying in or out of Logan. They have a 24 hour shuttle which they sent to pick up my relative at 1:00AM, sparing me the confusion of negotiating the airport in the middle of the night. The rooms were large, comfortable beds and free parking and free internet. The food is basic, decent if you want to grab something to eat. Most of the pricier hotels in the area charge $30+ for overnight parking and there is also a charge for internet. I don't think this would be a place to go on a vacation, but might be more appealing in the summertime when the large pool is open. However, on this trip, for my purposes, it was perfect!
