Greatsights, How do you know that? I checked in our state's driving manual after reading this discussion, and couldn't find this prohibition (Washington). I did find it in the Georgia manual when I read it, on- line. I'd guess that this varies from state to state.

I'll miss ya GoT. Good to have you around. But I wouldn't let those who take this place a little to serious bother me. Remember, this should be relaxing.

It has always been my understanding that a red curb universally means "no parking, no stopping, no standing," whether posted or not. A yellow curb indicates a loading zone. And a "white zone," as anyone who has ever been to LAX can tell you, is "for the loading and unloading of passengers only."

Except where I live, the yellow curb is the fire lane -- go figure.

Horse . . . dead . . . beaten . . .

You guys are WAAAYYY off base. GoT is not leaving because she's miffed. She's way too tough for that, as we've seen in the past. Remember, if she's told us once, she's told us a thousand times: "GoTravel knows ALL!" Not the type of poster to quit.

She's either bored or busy, or as Gyppie said - she's probably out running a marathon.

It has sure given her the attention she hoped to achieve.
