I just remembered there is a gas station down the street (of course, it's the most convenient for me) that won't take a credit card for anything under $10. <BR><BR>Is there a general Visa or Mastercard website that encompasses all types of Visas and Mastercards where I can write to inform them of possible violators?

Retailer: I will let Visa/MasterCard determine whether Versace has the right to set a minimum spending limit. I will just be supplying information to them as a concerned customer.

I think you should use a resturant in a Manhattan timeshare after you tell them to go to hell by jumping in a lake.

Reading the original post only makes the berating more justified. She asked if anyone had ever heard of this policy before, not what to do about it.
