Beth -<BR><BR>FYI, $1400 a month will probably get you a decent (not great) one bedroom apartment in Dupont or Adams-Morgan. Like a small English Basement.<BR><BR>It will get you a nice one-bedroom or maybe two-bedroom in Mt. Pleasant. It might get you a small row-house in Columbia Heights or Ledroit Park. <BR><BR>It appears that rents in D.C. have stabilized somewhat in the last few months... more units are on the market, and some landlords are even giving a month of free rent. At least that's my perception.
