Advantages: <BR>1. cheaper for the airline; <BR>2. no piece of paper to misplace (see other thread on lost Delta voucher!)<BR>3. as part of a well designed operation can reduce processing time (e.g., Continental Airlines - best in the business, IMHO)<BR>4. Easy to keep records for business travel<BR>5. less chance of ticket theft<BR>Disadvantages:<BR>1. If you have a system crash and don't back up appropriately can lose information<BR>2. No souvenir ticket to paste in scrapbook<BR>3. Fear of change
