If you go to Las Vegas then you can have it all: spa, Vegas, Europe (i.e. in Vegas you can go to Paris, Venice, Rome, Monte Carlo, AND to Hollywood, New York, Egypt, etc.)

I spent a fair amount of time on this question for my 50th. I ended up at in Costa Rica- which was a great trip! I also went to Florida with college roommates (Pink Shell resort in Ft Myers) which fit the requirements of 5 of us- it was low key, fairly well priced, but not amazing. Have fun!
