Did everyone forget Mandalay Bay or Hard Rock Cafe? You want some adult fun - you'll get it at nightclubs at either casino. I just saw on the Mandalay website they have this new hip bar thing - outdoors poolside. Check it out. Late September will be fabulous under the stars - much less stuffy than inside a nightclub.
Have fun! I love Vegas! |
We stayed at the Luxor a few months ago - ask for a free room upgrade. We stayed in the Tower (nicer rooms) for $65 a night. The pool area is huge, but not too much shade. Also, none of the pools are over 4' deep, so no diving.
As for music, we had a lot of fun just wandering from one casino lounge to the next. Some had really good bands. New York New York had a nice mix of different kinds of music from cool jazz and blues, to loud house music, to rowdy piano sing along. Walking into the Luxor lobby is a peaceful oasis after the noise and tackiness of the Excaliber, Boardwalk, etc. |
