I used my Cap One for US based online purchases/payments related to what remains of my small business there. Their 2 step confirmation process for accessing their mobile app just doesn't work with my VOIP US magic jack number. Can't receive their confirmation texts. And they won't send texts to my Mexico cell. The magic jack app receives regular texts just fine, just not those 6 digit codes. Nor pictures or other files. Don't know why; technology above my skillset. Chase's mobile app works just fine. Everything in Mexico has a work-around, lol.
