There is now some thinking that there is no physical difference in the cilantro haters...it's just a taste preference.

I am glad Daniel, that you will choose to experience the authentic Mexican dishes... good for you as there are some really nice meals available, so much more so than the fast junky stuff that we find all over. I dont recall all the names but the MOLE and the porc dishes are just amazingly delicious along with the SOPA de Lima and the ceviches and yes on some of these, you can easily pick out the cilantro...
