So sad, got the envelope with a big hole in it - my Fodor pin is sitting somewhere on a post office floor.....a free pin was a great idea, but what ever made Fodors think a #10 business envelope was the way to mail it!! Guess I will have to find another way to recognize all my fellow Americans in Paris this summer.

I concur with Beth. Today the Post Office was nice enough to deliver a business envelope from Fodors with a nice big rip in the corner. No pin, I pine. .34 cents for an empty envelope. <BR>darn

Got mine today. It's a cheap piece of junk. Threw it in the garbage, where it belongs, the moment I got it. I would think a BIG outfit like Fodors coould afford to send us something better. I've better stuff from peasant street vendors in Nairobi. <BR>

I'm in Central Mass - got mine today, but just barely. I'll be looking for people in Germany the last two weeks in July!

I have not gotten my pin and I am now worried that mine will be on the floor of a post office somewhere! For those that had their pin "lost" in the mail, will Fodor's re-issue???

Thyra, you p***s me off. How did you rate to get yours yesterday?? There not supposed to deliver to Hollywierd until after the rest of so calif. Hopefully mine will be in the mail tonight.

If I receive an empty envelope/smashed pin I'll ask Fodors to purge my personal info I gave them so they could send me advertising. I gave that info in good faith, not thinking some dunderhead would stick an odd-sized object in a standard envelope with standard postage and expect it to go through postal machines unscathed. Hope you do the same.

Well Art... obviously we up here in Hollywood... are much MUCH more important then you.....Long Beach people.Humph.... guess you are S.O.L... ha ha ha... <BR>Why don't you move? :). <BR>Anyway, I almost didn't get it at all, as someone else mentioned my envelope came with a gaping hole in the back... I don't know how the pin managed to actually stay IN the envelope. But it did and now I have my lovely Fodorite pin, which shall be on display next March in London, Brugge, Amsterdam and COPENHAGEN ha ha ha, sorry Art!
