This forum is for sharing information. If you are not interested in sharing or what is being shared, then please move on to the next thread. I don't see why so many "negatives" need to be posted.

Hey I live in Italy and know that you can get it in Switzerland and Belgium. It's legal and they don't care if you're not a citizen as long as you're not making drug runs. As for Europeans not liking Americans, in most cases this isn't true. I mean we are a closed minded society. We'd rather let our children watch violence on TV than see a naked body, but hey who cares! If you attempt to understand their customs and language you will get so much further... ciao

To be pedantic, it's mostly cannabis resin (hashish) that's available in Europe rather than herbal marihuana (a Spanish-American word not much used in Europe) as its easier to smuggle.
The exception of course is the Netherlands - its legal to grow there, but the weather isn't good for hi-strength weed so they grow skunk bud under lamps - you can even buy it prerolled in packets eg Bulldog brand.

to good grief
-- yes this site is to exchange information- but about travel not drug use. as i stated if you want that kind of information or to discuss this type of shit go to lonely planet where it belongs. many of us would lioke to keep this site free of crap like this

Spain:- possession of small amounts of cannabis is legal but public consumption is not, so in the cities you can see many having a slightly sneaky smoke in the park in the early evening.- probably the best time/place to obtain it.
Last year I bought some small plaques of pressed pollen on the battlements of the fort at Tarifa, looking across to Morrocco 30 mins away.Very high quality.
Nobody offers, you have to spot a respectable looking group of smokers & ask.
