What happened to my post?

I have posted a couple of messages requesting opinions about a trip for a family of four for 2 weeks to Provence and they seem to disappear the next day...or at least I can't find them. Am I doing something wrong??? I searched for the text, "family" under the search topic for France and I don't see it. I've got a lot more questions to ask !!!

I have brought your post to the top. It was down to about #220. You have to realize that even with all the problems posting here, messages move down very quickly when they are not replied to in a day's time. You just have to keep scrolling down until you find it -- the search function seems to be working better, but not all posts are available by search immediately.

Toipping is useful , but it is inherently short-lived. Even more useful is to provide the URL of a post once you find it.<BR><BR>http://www.fodors.com/forums/pgMessages.jsp?fid=2&amp;tid=34398739<BR><BR>And I had no problem retrieving it using Boolean (&quot;and&quot; / &quot;or&quot; / &quot;not&quot;) searching on &quot;family AND provence&quot;. Many people do not realize that Boolean searching does work here, and Fodors has never provided any instructions, nor documentation on how it can be helpful.<BR><BR>Best wishes,<BR><BR>Rex<BR>[email protected]<BR>
