Again, Thank you for all the great suggestions. It's nice to see others struggle w/ the same problem. Sometime from relatives, I hear, "She'll get over it".

I'm trying to book her into camps w/ friends while I'm away as dad has to work 7-6 each day. Having maps, puzzles, email and phone calls will certainly make it easier.

I'm so excited about being able to travel w/ my 13 year old. Talk about a bonding experience!
