Have I really engaged in "infighting" here? I made a lame attempt at a joke - - about the "descendants" of Padre Pio, then I tried to make light of being called an ass by John G, then I responded to Kavey's "owning up" (but is this actually authentic? she hasn't said that it isn't).<BR><BR>But whether I an guilty of "infighting" or not - - who says that doctors don't put on their pants one leg at a time? - - just like anybody else.<BR><BR>Ain't nobody gonna nominate me for beatification.<BR>

Stupid me. From all the replies, I actually thought there was a heated discussion about whether to go to Venice or attend a canonization at the Vatican. Hope you got your answer, Babs.

Here is what I have decided. I have decided not to make a decision until I get to Rome [if it is as chaotic as one expects a canonization of a popular person would be, then I will just stay in Venice and watch the videos after I return]. <BR><BR>Now why does that decision make me feel un-Catholic?
