How can one make inquiries of venere.com?

I am looking at a budget hotel and would like to know if they have a lift or if I can be guraranteed a room on the first floor.

The address is: Raadhuisstraat 39 - 1016 DC Amsterdam. From the location map it seems to be very close to the Anne Frank huis. Anyone know the neighbourhood? Is it suitable for a mature woman travelling solo?

You can use them. Venere wants them passed around and gives the original owner of the code "points" that can be redeemed at a few internet stores.
