Urgent Italian translation needed please. Trenitalia problem.

My daughter is trying to book trenitalia tickets. The screen froze after the credit card payment went through and the transaction seems to have failed without issuing the tickets. She tried to send an email but that didn't go through either, so she used twitter and received the following:

ciao, si tratta sicuramente di somma "congelata'. puoi fornirmi in DM la tua user per verifica.

Google translation wasn't very successful, so I thought I would ask here.

Thanks all, Cathie

Know how it feels having had a similar problem on another site a while back. Assume she's alerted her credit card issuer and the transaction hasn't been blocked at this end. <the credit card payment went through> - on screen apparently, but also through to the credit card account as well? - does it actually show as pending on her online credit card statement?

I read it as "It's surely a matter of a "frozen" payment. Can you send me your username in a PM so I can verify".

Thanks, she has managed to sort it out. It was just the card authorisation and will be credited ASAP.

If she had registered with Trenitalia before booking, she could go into her account and see if the transaction processed or not.

Thanks kybourbon, I'll check if she did that. I was hoping you would see this topic.
