I don't know how far from Pienza you're willing to travel, but we're planning to go to the hot springs at Pietrolo (near Civitella Marittima)--about an hour from pienza. You can read some firsthand info about them here:

Thanks. I was looking for a place that you could go in, change, lockers, swim, spa, soak, then shower afterwards. I think I'll just play it by ear when I get there. ((b))
