SuzieC, there are 2 devils, one is > : ) (no space in between), the other is ( ( 6 ) ) (also no space in between). Grin is : D (no space)

I just don't entertain certain posts, if you catch my drift. ;)

bd May 25th, 2006 12:52 PM

Suze, As a relative newcomber to the Europe board, I've consistently gotten good answers and info to every question I've posted from you. I not only like your posts, I seek them out.

Fidel - I'm sorry I missed yours.

suze May 25th, 2006 01:07 PM

The thread in question is still here but now locked, and minus Fidel's two funny replies unfortunately. If you put "dehydration" in the search box it's the first one that comes up.

Nora_S May 25th, 2006 01:28 PM

Hmmmmm.....the OP in the offending thread looks like a post-trip reincarnation of "BDG's Trip"---remember her?

SMNOVELLA May 25th, 2006 01:32 PM

O Suze

Love you but

HATE your shoes

darling

This is my

haiku

pour vous

tcreath May 25th, 2006 01:45 PM

suze, wow! I read the thread and don't have any idea why you were bashed. You certainly weren't rude or mean in the least. I'm sorry you had to go through that!

Tracy

Scarlett May 25th, 2006 01:55 PM

((F)) me too , suze!
Apple Annie!! Love you Love your shoes ((L))

suze May 25th, 2006 02:05 PM

SMNOVELLA- a haiku for me? merci beaucoup, this surely is my lucky day.

Nora_S, right-o you are. That's why I had to laugh when she mentioned a long-standing problem with me, since she is supposedly a new poster.

Carrybean May 25th, 2006 02:09 PM

Were you the one who caught on to her posting under another name? Is that why the attack? Oh, well. Keep on trunkin', Suze or should that be flying? You didn't do a thing wrong.

amaclise May 25th, 2006 02:18 PM

I really wanted to tell her to stay home, preferably in a nice dark cave where there is plenty of moisture and she wouldn't bother anyone, but the thread is closed and it would have been off topic anyway.

Maybe she'll read it here b/c you KNOW she's listening in!

Maire May 25th, 2006 02:22 PM

Ditto what bd said:
>>I've consistently gotten good answers and info to every question I've posted from you. I not only like your posts, I seek them out. <<

Nora_S May 25th, 2006 02:30 PM

Forgot to add my appreciation for you, Suze! I like your style---kind helpful, straightforward, but no tolerance for B*%*S**#!

Can't say about the shoes, though.

annesherrod May 25th, 2006 02:43 PM

I read all the posts referenced in the earlier thread.
Suze - I like your posts too.
I have been on this board for 7 years and I cannot stand the self righteous posters that raise their ugly heads sometimes. The OP was out of line with his/her comments.

suze May 25th, 2006 02:47 PM

How in the world does everyone know about the ugly yet comfortable new shoes I bought for my trip next week?

Carrybean May 25th, 2006 02:49 PM

That should be "truckin'" not trunking but you probably knew that. Anyway, you know you're appreciated now.

Leely May 25th, 2006 02:50 PM

suze,

I'm still reeling from that vest you wear. >:)

But hey, at least you have a sense of humor.

Maire May 25th, 2006 02:55 PM

Suze - where are you going next week? I probably should know this, but too many brain cells are otherwise occupied, lol.

SMNOVELLA May 25th, 2006 03:04 PM

Suze, please tell me that you DO NOT wear one of those VESTS OF SAPPHO!!! You know the vests I am writing of-- multi-coloured, covered with doll-head appliques, made of denim and old quilty-bedspread material.

You can only get away with those vests if you are Martina Navratilova. Or if you own a Suburu.

Do I have to call Trinny and Susannah on you?

Monster >:)

suze May 25th, 2006 03:14 PM

Maire- Nope you couldn't possibly know because I usually don't post specifically about my own trips (puerto vallarta mexico-yeah!).

Leely- can't believe you remember the great vest debate. Got to get up early in the morning to pull one over on you guys.

Carrybean- wasn't me.

Maire May 25th, 2006 03:18 PM

Buen viaje! (if that's right, lol). If not, buon viaggio and bon voyage!

Sun, beautiful ocean -- that sounds great!

Have fun!!!
