Spanish cuisine
 
Paella, tapas, sangria...what other mouthwatering delights await us in Spain? Barcelona, Seville, Andalucia to be exact.

Jamon serranno, patatas alioli, quails, lamb chops to die for, churros, and a drink called Tinto de Veranno.. red wine and lemon seltzer, which is very refreshing, not too sweet, and half the price of Sangria.

Hi<BR><BR>The Spanish are possibly more food conscious than the French.<BR><BR>Try suckling pig, lamb, deer.<BR><BR>Fish cooked in a bed of salt.<BR><BR>Baby eels, squid, razorfish etc etc<BR><BR>And the reputed best ham (not cheap) is pata negra.<BR><BR>I love it all !<BR><BR>Peter<BR>
