In the 7th:
Hotel Bac St-Germain, 66 Rue du Bac

In the 6th:
Angleterre, St. Germain Du Danube, & Marronniers are all on Rue Jacob.

Does cost enter into this? I think these are all 3 star hotels.

Kathy

From personal experience (Thanksgiving 1994), another fine choice on Rue Jacob: the Hotel Deux Continents.

http://www.france-hotel-guide.com/h75006continents.htm

Rita,

I stayed at the 4* Golden Tulip Cayre at 4 boulevard Raspail about 1.5 years ago. It is less than a block to the Rue de Bac metro station, has good sized and recently-remodeled rooms, and had a great buffet spread at breakfast. But I also got a deal on the room ($125/night, I believe)

The Millesime is on rue Jacob - also a 3 star hotel, recently renovated. All these hotels are small - meaning they may have 30 rooms or so available.
