Re-bonjour Loisco !
<<so I can practice. I am gaining weight>> Un vrai dilemme ;-) !!! Did you see one of my past posts in which I recommended the French fora which my American friend, Laura, created years ago on About.com ? You could go and have a look and see whether a discussion there sounds interesting... Thus, you could practise your French "gratuitement"/for free. Laura's grammar pages, etc., are excellent. And she speaks a wonderful French with no accent at all ! I used to post there to help the forumites who felt like improving their French but have been too busy at high school to go on spending too much time on the Internet :-) My humble suggestion is not contradictory to your taking French lessons with the nice waitress you meet ;-) Ce serait un complément de formation :-) http://forums.about.com/ab-french/messages/?msg=7457.1 ("A la Française" forum on which one can express oneself in English or French or... both !!!) Forum for beginners : http://forums.about.com/ab-french3/start Forum where only French can be used : http://forums.about.com/ab-french2/start Voilà ! Bon samedi ! Marie |
And when you feel like listening to the pronunciation of a French word with a French accent, lol, you can go there :
