Mr go, sounds like a wonderful trip. Thanks for the update and links. I cant wait to get back to Roma!

Thank you all.

Update: ms_go is sorting through the (many) photos we took, and we hope to post a link to an album once the editing process is complete. Suffice to say... Rome is gorgeous in November!

We’re still sorting, editing and ordering our pics, and we’ll have a finished album ready to post soon, but I wanted to follow up on my previous statement that “Rome is gorgeous in November.” In point of fact, it looks a lot like this:

Seriously, late-autumn Rome should be a “thing”.

But 1 gelato - sacrilege!

mr_go Dec 29th, 2017 07:18 AM

Well, more than 1 negroni, so...

yestravel Dec 29th, 2017 07:44 AM

Great photos! You do need to up your gelato intake.:)

Gorgeous. So far I've only been to Rome in February and April - I can see that i should be going there in Autumn too.

>>>Seriously, late-autumn Rome should be a “thing”.<<<

We enjoy early October, but November looks great.

PalenQ Dec 29th, 2017 01:41 PM

Too bad most folks will see few trees where they go in Rome but a walk along the Tiber and parks should be great.

mr_go Dec 29th, 2017 04:43 PM

should

Scroll up. Click that sh!t, yo.

A lot of thought, a good eye and an exceptional camera resulted in your outstanding photos around Roma. Bravo to you or Brava to your wife, whoever accomplished such a fine, interesting visual memory of your visit to Roma.

Good stuff. We'll be in Rome just about that time next year (around 11-15 Nov) and we will try to break your eating record by including gelato. I hope we get the kind of weather you encountered.

Treesa Dec 30th, 2017 06:45 AM

Wonderful report. The weather gods surely smiled upon you.

bobthenavigator Dec 30th, 2017 06:59 AM

Wonderful !

You have made me a fan of Rome in November.
I loved the 2 birds.
