We used limoservicesrome.com and it was awful!! I am so sorry that I did not do my usual investigation before hiring them. They were rude, dishonest, and did not provide the services we contracted for. We almost missed our cruise ship sailing because of them. They did not seem to care in the least.

We just returned from Rome and used romeshuttlelimousine.com. We were very satisfied with their service. Although the driver did not speak english and we do not speak italian, we both managed. We were driven to our apartment rental and the number given to us did not exist. The driver was able to call the agency and straighten out the mistake and we found the apartment with no other problems. We appreciated the quick and courteous service. The driver also drove us into Rome from atop the Giancolo and down into Trastevere, which was a very nice approach for a first time visit.
