Thanks! I heard back from her, and will be dining there. Reservation secured! She also sent me the information about the cooking class, but the flyer says it's Wednesday mornings. Perhaps she changes things around often to suit her schedule.

We attended Catherine Reed's cooking class(at the restaurant-April 2013) and it was the highlight of our Paris stay! It was a small group--six. After making a full course meal we sat down and enjoyed the absolutely sumptuous meal as a group. Catherine is an excellent instructor (highly knowledgeable, patient, perfect English) and makes the experience fun for all. Her restaurant is in a great neighborhood and close to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended.
