Hotel Romanin is owned by the same people who own Mas de Carassin in St Remy. In St Remy they have dinner several nights a week for hotel guests. There is a set menu which is posted at breakfast. You make your reservations then. We ate in house two nights. It was a very nice and relaxing dinner. I might be prejudiced about the meal since I helped in the kitchen one day.

You helped in the kitchen???...interesting. Well I am a good cook ..maybe I can work off my hotel bill.

Just kidding. I think we will stay in St. Remy at Mas deCarassins. Not sure about the one in Gordes yet...want to make sure we have a place to eat every night ..(don't drive at night)
