Prague in May
 

Driving from Prague to Telc, Cesky Krumlov to Budapest. Would appreciate tips as to the road trip. Suggestions as to best rental car companies.
While in Prague I am staying at the Kampa Gardens Hotel in Kampa Island. Would appreciate comments.
Any suggestions as to day trips? Maybe two destinations. We are staying 5 days in Prague.

Since you are going south anyway, obviously the day trips should be right around Prague or other direction -- so, my top choice would be Kutna Hora, then perhaps Karlovy Vary. There are a couple castles you can go to, also, I haven't been there, though -- Karlsteijn and Konopiste.

I second Kutna Hora.

We will be at the Hotel Kampa Garden from May 11-15. When will you be there. We are from Palm Beach County, Fl. Hope the hotel is as nice as the reviews say.
