Steve, I loved your shots at Pena Palace and Marvao. I have that Marvao shot but not at dawn---superb.

We were in Portugal around the same time and did drive the Douro Valley and Peneda Geres.

The next time we would definitely stay somewhere along the Douro and visit more quintas.

Staying at the Palace Hotel do Bussaco was something out of a fairy tale.

But we did not make it to Evora or surroundings.

What a lovely country and lovely people!

We're already planning our next trip - another visit to Tuscany im October. We've run out of Brunello and Vino Nobile!
