I can crtainly help with finding a castle- but I need to know where you're going to be, first.

People here swear by Dalhousie, as an Edinburgh castle, which would not be for me.

After a lot of discussion this weekend, this is the new itinerary we have come up with.

London on 9/24- 9/27 then Cotswolds 9/28-9/29, then Bets-Y-Coed in Wales and tour around Wales from 9/30-10/2 then Birmingham for overnight 10/3. Take Eurostar to Paris 10/4 - 10/6. Go back to London 10/7 and fly home 10/8. We might fly home from Paris on 10/8 instead - have not got that nailed down yet.

Looking for reasonable air fare form LAX. Still looking for a castle in either England or Wales to spend the night. Also, want to tour a couple of castles.

We are sorry to give up Scotland, but we just don't have enought time this time. If anyone out there thinks we should change Paris for Scotland - we would love the input.
