I was wondering if I should call the hotel I am interested in staying at directly or book it online through a reservation service?<BR> I am interested in the Grand Hotel Jeanne D' Arc at 3 Rue Jarente in Paris.<BR> Thanks

Why not deal directly with the hotel!Does it have an email address?

Always try to book directly with the hotel. Dealing directly you can ask specific questions and make requests.

Call the hotel directly. Then you can discuss exactly what you want. The French just don't do all that well with the internet and faxes, yet. Ask them to fax you a confirmation if you book, and bring that with you as proof in case there should be a problem.

I have never had a problem with any booking..either thru a website or direct,, spend a penny..no pun intended..call then if you want to be sure!Just see where you get the best price
