I am new to the fodorite family and, like leely, I will be taking my first solo trip so would love to get together at some point during my trip. I will be in Paris from 5/17-5/25, last night the 24th. I think I will miss elsiejune's time frame but perhaps the 23rd GTG would work? Is it rude to invite myself??? I don't even know the details but would love the chance to converse for an evening to break up the monotony of being alone! Just let me know!

She just posted this morning that tomorrow she will be confirming the numbers so if you are interested you will need to contact her immediately. Thank you ElsieJune and DeborahAnn! I sent Monica an email this morning so I will see if I can get in under the wire! I hope I get a chance to meet everyone. Sounds like it will be a great evening! If it doesn't work out I would love to meet up another night during my stay (17th-24th) with anyone else looking for a night out.

I'm still working on finding accomodations! ha. Nothing like living life on the edge! Luckily, I'm an optimist.
