Fabulous article. Although Cacao et Chocolat was not on his list...Their spiced hot chocolate was heavenly.

I love Cacao et Chocolat too. Have been to several of the places mentioned but now I have an excuse to go back and visit the others. Not sure about the bike......

Glaring error in the article she thinks Christian Constant, the chocolatier and Christian Constant ,the Michelin chef are the same person. They are not just have the same name.

Avalon: Good catch!

I think she was concentrating on artisan chocolatiers--those ranking up at the top of the category--therefore no mention of Cacao et Chocolat which is considered more of a mini-chain. This is not to say their products are not delicious, though!!

After I arrived from Paris I found a lonely chocolate from Cacao et Chocolate at the bottom of a bag.
I closed my eyes and let it melt in my mouth.
Then I went back to doing laundry...
