One Month and Counting Until Vacation!
 

Four weeks from today I jet off to Germany! Anyone else in this wonderful position?

Four weeks from today I will be landing in Amsterdam!! Happy travels!

3.5 weeks and I'm off to London. Woohoo!

Four weeks from today I will be at my job in California envying all of you travelling to Europe. Sigh....

In 2 weeks my daughter and I are off for France- a first trip there for 17 days. Hopefully the weather is good as I am leaving beautiful beach weather in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

In 2 weeks we are off to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and London for 15 days! We are traveling with another couple who have never been to Europe, so it will be interesting to have a different perspective. I hope they love it as much as we do!

A week from tomorrow we return to Italy. Those coins we threw in the Trevi fountain worked!<BR><BR>j

in *15* more days we'll be flying off to Paris for our first visit. Can't wait. My stomach is fluttery.

87 Days til I'm back in Germany. But hey, who's counting???

I leave Friday for my second trip to France. I can't wait!!

6 weeks from Friday my husband, 2 sons, and I are off to Switzerland (Lugano, Lucerne and Montreux) and Paris! I'm so excited I can't wait, which is why I'm looking at this site constantly.

Leaving for Italy in 44 days and 5 hours for me!

Going to Amsterdam day after tomorrow. I should pack!

Darnit!!! Just back three days ago from A'dam and Kenya!!! boo hooo!!!! But 8 months to go until London and the UK!!!!... I haven't gotten into hours yet as I am still jet lagged!!!

39 days till we leave for London/Paris! 3 weeks of Adventure! Holy Crap Batman I can't wait! : )

Four weeks from Thursday I'll be flying to Provence for two weeks of beautiful scenery, great food, & fine wine!

Three weeks 'til we leave for a week<BR>in Paris and three weeks en Provence.<BR><BR>Trouble is - it's all over far too<BR>quickly! C'est dommage!

Vita, we're on the same schedule...3 1/2 weeks for me till London.

15 days, 3 hours...till we leave for Provence, the Cote D'Azur and Paris! (I actually know the number of minutes too!)

28 days and I will be in Ireland. I seem to be the only one going there.

22 days til I leave for Paris with my daughter and her husband. My daughter and I have "done Paris" a number of times before, but this will be our last trip of this nature for a long time, since she is pregnant with her first child! New phase of life for all of us, welcomed and anticipated!

3 weeks to Switzerland (Lucerne/Grindelwald) and I can't get off this site. Its our first trip to Europe!!

One week from tommorrow and I will be in Paris and then onto Italy, I'm chomping at the bit!!

No vacation for me, my house burned down. I have to spend the summer overseeing the rebuilding of it. I will live vicariously through your vacactions so please post!!!

Love Europe and get there as much as possible but four months to go to our first China trip. Looking forward to it but will miss Germany and Italy this year. Drink some beer and Chianti for us!

In one week my boyfriend and I are going to Germany. Have never been to Europe and have always dreamed of going to Germany. I am so excited!<BR><BR>Thanks to all that have helped me plan my trip!<BR><BR>P.S. Bob, we'll be happy to have a few beers for you!

I'm glad to see my original post has been met with enthusiatic, if not somewhat anxious, responses! I can not think of a single necessary detail of our trip that needs to be planned or confirmed-that's the worst! So I toil in my office for 27.5 more days.

Sounds like lots of us are taking off for Memorial Day week! One month from today my sweetie & I leave for eight days in Paris. He has never been there before and we both can't wait! I'm looking forward to seeing his face the first time he sees the Eiffel Tower, the first time he walks into Gerard Mulot, the first time he gazes up at Notre Dame & Ste. Chapelle, & walking along the Seine together...<BR><BR>This forum is such a blessing.

Six weeks and my husband, 18 yr. old daughter and I are leaving for our first trip to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Belgium, Cologne and Munich. I'm such a nervous wreck that my family is wishing I don't have a STROKE! What to pack . . . what to wear . . . what to see . . . AAARRGGGHHH!

Gotta get in on this even if my trip to Wales is far away! Just 4 months, 12 days and 2 hours from blast off time. But like someone already said -- who's counting?

Three weeks from today we are flying to Frankfurt also. We have family south of Heidelberg and there will be 3 Germans and 5 of us Americans driving down to Savona to catch Costa Tropicale for a 7 day cruise on May 20th. Anyone else on that cruise?
