Olbas Oil is my lifesaver.

It's basically a decongestant oil which is sold in a tiny glass bottle in UK pharmacists such as Boots (not over the counter, just normal sales).

It contains menthol oil, eucalyotus oil, peppermint oil etc and clears my nose. I have serious hayfever from March though October so it's a great great thing.

Also good for steam baths (like Vicks) when bunged up more.

These days you can even buy vile tasting but very effective Olbas Oil throat pastilles for when you have a sort throat. I cant keep them in my mouth for long as they taste vile so I suck half a pastilles worth and then spit it out!

(You did ask).

I have a bad back, so 1 a collapsible cane 2 support or compression knee highs, and 3 a european outlet heating coil. I know I'm taking money and credit cards or I can't go. Passport and tickets are already a must or I'm not allowed to leave, and manners and a sense of humor seem a given, or I could just stay home and be a bitch. Everything else may be different or cost more, but is pretty easy to find. My 3 choices are things I can't do without, and they're not easy to find overseas.
