Isabel, what a terrific montage! Particularly like the Musee Rodin shot, can't help but mentally caption it "Thinking of Paris" - OK with you is I use it as wallpaper on my PC?
|
this is worthy of topping
|
Great Stuff! Thank you so much for sharing these and the info on your equipment etc.
|
Isabel, your photos are great!! Just looking at them make me homesick for my Beloved city!
Thank you for sharing such beauties with us.. Ciao, Kismet |
Hi Isabel, Just wanted to say that I too found your photos revealing of much talent. You know I had to go right to the Ireland section first. Wonderful, and I laughed at the "Driving in Ireland" caption. So true. |
Very nice! Is this a hobby or are you a professional photographer? Because if you're not you should be!
|
Oh, sorry, I read you're not a prof. photographer-but I still say you should be one! Thanks.
|
topping for a freind!
|
Isabel, those are fabulous photos.
I really like that pbase site. You can plug in almost any place in the world and find photos. I've posted a few of mine on their site..but yours are really superb. Another photographer to check out is Bailey Zimmerman. http://www.pbase.com/baileyzim PS. I hope you had ice cream at Brown's after shooting Nubble Light |
Hi Isabel,
First class! Thanx for sharing |
Beautiful photos. I especially enjoyed them since we seem to have traveled the same European route. Lucky for you, you've hit a few more spots than us so now I know where else we need to go!
|
Wow, those were some awesome pictures!!! Your gelato picture is my new screensaver! Thanks for sharing!
|
Thank you so very much for allowing us these beautiful photographs. It's like taking a small vacation - your lighting is fabulous. Thanks again
|
These are lovely and bring back wonderful memories. Thanks for sharing!

Isabel:
Do not hide behind your camera! Come and tell us about your trips that go along with these wonderful shots!! I have cousins in Hall im Tirol thanks for the fond memories! I have to look again to see if you include travel dialog on that website! I will have a check in the mail for that "Coffee Book" that you should have out for Xmas 2004!! JOhn |
I enjoyed looking at your photos Isabel. One of my favorites is the dog at a Paris cafe. He is looking quite longingly at the morsel of food his master is about to eat. It reminds me of the whimsical quality of so many of Cartier-Bresson's Paris photos. Thanks also for pointing out the pbase.site. Since I already have a Web site, I probably won't post any photos there, but I like the way the site is set up and have enjoyed looking at a few others' photos.

because of your lovely work... I now HAVE TO GO to Annecy...
ohboyohboyohboy... |
Terrific pictures!
|
Absolutely breathtaking ... WOW !

I'm stuck for words ! (besides, they've all been used by the previous posters). I thought I'd comment on certain ones (like the beautiful snow covered lilacs in New England, the rose climber in Provence, the yellow stone in Broadway where I was in 2001 and coincidently have a shot of the same building) but each album I opened had me gob-smacked. Well done ! You have a talented eye, and in your own way have taken us all on your travels with you. Thank you for sharing. |
