lincasanova has already replied you: you can't use Moroccon visa to enter spain. What you had heard before might not be true. If you want relevant answers, ask the Spanish embassy. We don't decide the rule of visa here, it's chatting forum.

Ok I'll try to be serious.
You can get a good job with a good salary IF you have great skills and there aren't enough local boys with equally good skills, and IF you can find an employer to take you in. Permanent stay comes after 5 years of good job.

Basically.. "no": Many qualified youth have had to leave Spain to find respectable jobs in their fields.
