Cass Jul 28th, 2001 05:40 AM

OK OK, you've had your fun. Why can't I get an answer to a serious question on this forum?

I'd just like to ask what time the fish-slapping dance will be demonstrated.

sandi Jul 28th, 2001 07:18 AM

Oh, now we see the violence inherent in the system! Help, help I'm being repressed!

Eric Jul 31st, 2001 12:57 PM

Remember if you're considering bringing your pet fish, you'll need a fish license.

You're lucky to have a hotel to stay in! When I was growing up, we had it tough. I mean, not only didn't we stay in hotels, we didn't even live in house!

We lived for three months in a brown paper bag in a septic tank. We used to have to get up at six o'clock in the morning, clean the bag, eat a crust of stale bread, go to work down at the mill for fourteen hours a day, week-in week-out. When we got home, our Dad would thrash us to sleep with his belt.

Well, at least you had a paper bag to live in and bread to eat! We didn't even have jobs, 14 hours a day would have been heaven to us.

...and now, a massage from the Swedish Prime Minister --
Thyra Jul 31st, 2001 02:30 PM

Capo.. did you have to "lick road clean with toungue?"

Dr. Betty Jul 31st, 2001 04:41 PM

I've not stayed there becuase of the large family entourage that I travel with and as everyone knows, the more people that book as a group into the Monty Python, the more money you end up spending. I have heard from my clients though that the grailed fish is fabulous. My only concern is that all the people I have treated that have stayed there persistenly question the meaning of life. Pitiful indeed.

I've heard the Mongolfier brothers stayed there, but beware the tennis-playing blanc mange!

John May 17th, 2002 10:54 AM

Is that where they're having the premiere of Sam Peckinpaugh's "Salad Days"?

Sue May 17th, 2002 11:01 AM

Right after the lawn tennis party--I'll play the bloody piano.
