Malaga Hotel Question
I am flying into Malaga at 11 PM on a Saturday night in August. I was about to book a hotel but I noticed that the latest check-in is 12 PM. If anyone has a recommendation for a hotel with 24 hour reception that would be appreciated. I am interested in going to the beach on Sunday.
Thanks, Glenda |
Never, ever heard of such a thing. You should be able to do this at ANY hotel, not just luxury ones.
|
Just look at Booking.com.
Filter area, price, amenities and reserve right away. |
I've encountered budget hotels that don't have 24/7 reception desks and ones that are not open in the middle of the night, especially small family-run ones. These might usually be called pensions in some countries.
However, I suspect that the OP misinterpreted the hotel info, and the checkin time was simply when it can start, not the latest possible (12 pm is, after all, noon, so that would not be possible for the latest possible checkin, but the earliest it definitely is). |
I use to stay in great value Don Curro right in the heart of town: https://www.booking.com/hotel/es/hot...rro.en-gb.html
And Gran Hotel Miramar, right on the Malagueta beach, is now perhaps the finest hotel in all of Spain. Originally from 1926. 25 % opening offer. http://www.granhotelmiramarmalaga.co...-hotel-malaga/ |
Thanks
According to Expedia both check-in ends at midnight at both the Don Curro and the Gran Hotel Miramar. |
Of course 24h reception in both hotels as everywhere.
But if you land in Málaga at 11pm, you are in the center of town before midnight, just a 15 min and 20-25€ taxi drive. |
