LA TOUSSAINT....Nov. 1st in Paris
We will be arriving in Paris on Nov. 1, 2019. I was just reading about this holiday. Will shops & restaurants be closed? Even in the heavily tourist areas? i’ve read differing reports on this. |
Banks, post offices, schools, offices will be closed. I doubt that this will affect you.

Thanks Kerouac.....I thought you’d give an answer. We’ll probably just have lunch, a nap, and then an early dinner after a long jet-lagged flying day. Won’t need a bank, post office, school, or office but will need restaurants. |
That isn't a major holiday, it's just an official one so banks, etc are closed.
