Italian translation please

Could someone help with translating this? I can figure out that they have an available room and I think I'm supposed to check in between 11:30 & 21:00 & then there's the address and the price - but I have no idea what the rest of it says.

Thanks!

abbiamo la disponibilità di una stanza singola con bagno dal 05 giugno 2009 (arrivo) al 07 (partenza), n. 2 notti. Noi offriamo solo il pernottamento. Il costo a notte per la singola è di € 35,00. Pagamento in contanti all'arrivo. Arrivo e sistemazione dalle ore 11,30 alle ore 21,00, diamo le chiavi e sono indipendenti. Il giorno della partenza è necessario lasciare la stanza per le ore 9,00. I bagagli possono essere lasciati nell'apposito portabagagli. Noi siamo in Viale Vaticano, 92, vicino ai Musei Vaticani. Tel. 06/3909141
In attesa di una risposta porgiamo cordiali saluti
Suor Gianlaura

More or less, I believe it means something like:

They will give you the key between 11;30 and 21:00 when you check in. Pay on arrival. The day of departure you have to be out by 9am but you can leave your baggage with them. They are waiting for you and send cordial greetings.

Perfect translation by ekscrunchy.
"Noi offriamo solo il pernottamento" means that they provide only the overnight stay (no meals neither breakfasts).

Pay cash on arrival

Shanti...when in doubt there is always www.freetranslation.com It can be a useful tool when trying to decipher websites in other languages.

Thanks for the translations and for the link to translation sites. Until now, I've only gotten responses in English and French and I understand French well enough to decipher basic messages so I had never needed to translate anything.

But I'm also going to Spain this trip and may need to use those translation links.

Thanks again.

Shanti,

Sorry to hijack your thread, but it appears to have served its purpose.

How do you get the accent marks over the letters, or did you cut and paste?

I've been e-mailing B&B's in Italian but just omitting the accent marks, since I don't know how to get them.

Anyone know how to do this?

Shanti Mar 7th, 2009 07:05 AM

I cut and paste. Even when I wrote a trip report, I would cut & paste words with accent marks or omit the accent marks. Haven't a clue how to include them otherwise.

Let me know if you need help with Spanish!

Thanks, ekscrunchy, that's very kind of you.

I wish I were fluent in several languages.
