Thanks for the additional info – for one night only, I am not too worried about a/c. Sure, would be nice if it gets that hot, but we’ll be fine with a fan.

Glad to hear about the good location, proximity to the river and old town, nice staff, good breakfast and dinner – these are all very important. The terrace for dinner sounds wonderful, can’t wait to get there.
