I stayed at the Travel Inn County Hall back in 2000, and it was fine. But unless I got a great deal on one much better than rack rate, I wouldn't consider one unless I completely struck out with Priceline. I repeat again, the Thistle Marble Arch I got for $75 on Priceline was an incredible deal (in September!), maybe one of my best Priceline deals ever for a city with such expensive hotels. And if you look at BiddingForTravel, people are still getting it.
