We are now trying to lock down the date- its either 9/9 or 10/7. If you have not responded to me as yet please do so.

At this point I can make either date, although my preference personally would be for October.

Ok the consensus is that September 9th works for most people. Right now we have about 16 people. As we get closer to the datye I will ask everyone to confirm. Next I will work on the venue.
This may take a few weeks to work out as I will be visiting the possible venues on weekends.
